Shrimp Shawarma Sandwich

Peel shrimps the cut from the black side longwise and completely through until yu reach the front to separate the shrimps from the middle into 2 pieces, cut all the shrimps until finished, sprinkle shrimps with salt and spices then mix remaining ingredients, and add to shrimps, leave in the fridge from 3 hours till over night.

Mix onions, parsley and somac and leave on the side ( a little salt can be sprinkled on the mixture).

Drain shrimps from marinate then roast in a pan special for grilling, add onions and parsley mixture and stir for ½ minutes, switch off heat, place a live coal piece (remove ashes) at a side in the pan, cover pan with perforated aluminum foil for 2 minutes.

Mix tahina sauce ingredients together and leave on the side.

Stuff bread slices with a piece of lettuce then tomatoes then add an adequate amount of shawarma finally add tahina sauce, serve the remaining sauce next sandwiches.
