Lentil Salad with Tahini

* Sort out the lentils then wash, place the lentils in a cold water in a small pot then boil without adding salt until soft, drain the lentils then sprinkle with cold water in a colander then keep on the side to cool.
* Place the lentils with the remaining ingredients in a food processor ( except the oil), and mix well.
* Place the lentils with Tahini in a serving plates then drizzle the olive oil on the surface.
* Garnish the dish with tomatoes, parsley and onions or any other appropriate choice of your own.
